BMS & HVAC Upgrade — Heritage-Listed Accommodation Buildings, Darwin

Won via competitive tender, TEC delivered a full BMS and HVAC upgrade across four heritage-listed buildings — engineered, installed, and commissioned on time and within budget.

Ventia Estate Ongoing Services

TEC Automation works in partnership with Ventia Estate Upkeep to maintain and provide various services to Defence Sites such as Robertson Barracks, Mount Bundey, RAAF Darwin and Defence Establishment Berrimah. This work include preventative maintenance, breakdowns and repairs and new installations as they arise.

Solar Upgrade

TEC Automation undertook a solar upgrade for a local plumbing company in 2021. This job was completed successfully and ensured that the solar hot water system at the premises was fully updated and working at highest efficiency.

Lighting Works St. Mary’s FC

TEC Automation undertook a full upgrade of the lighting at St. Mary’s Football Club in May of 2021. These updates included AC, general light, power and fans, fire and emergency exits, as well as communications cabling to the gaming centre.

High Level of Competency

I highly recommend Ryan for his high level of competency in electrical installation, electrical fault finding and control and automation trouble shooting.

While working on site at Robertson Barracks, Ryan has shown a practical and cost-effective approach to solving electrical and control issues in particular, Ryan has assisted us with a range of problems with the building management system (BMS), lighting automation issues and sewer pump faults. His communication and organisation are strong attributes and his attention to detail has been a great asset to Broadspectrum.

Delivered an Exceptional Product
