I have known Ryan Smith personally for over 20 years and have worked with Ryan on a professional level on multiple occasions and for extended periods of time. The commitment, focus and drive Ryan portrays in any discipline he undertakes, whether it is on the sporting field, a work project or with his family, leaves no room in my mind for doubt that he will be successful.
