Power & Water Corporation required three fully engineered control panels for deployment across live water and sewerage infrastructure at Pigeon Hole in the Northern Territory.

TEC delivered the complete engineering package, including panel design, fabrication, PLC/HMI configuration, telemetry integration, Factory Acceptance Testing, and full project documentation, providing a fully verified controls solution ready for site integration.

The Challenge

Power & Water required a complete controls engineering solution incorporating:

  • One Sewage Pump Station (SPS) control panel

  • Two bore control panels

  • Integrated telemetry and SCADA capability

  • Full operational testing and documentation before deployment

The panels needed to be engineered, fabricated, configured, and tested to support integration into a live operational environment servicing critical water infrastructure.

What TEC Delivered

TEC delivered the complete end-to-end controls engineering package, including:

  • Design and construction of all three control panels

  • Engineering and configuration of Allen-Bradley PLC systems

  • EXOR HMI programming and interface configuration

  • Integration of telemetry and SCADA functionality

  • Development of control logic and field device coordination

  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

  • Integrated Panel Testing (IPT)

  • Compilation of FAT and testing records

  • Preparation of as-built documentation and final drawing packages

The completed system was engineered to support reliable long-term operation and seamless integration into Power & Water’s existing infrastructure environment.

The project was delivered on time and within budget, with no safety incidents, delays, or rework required.
